Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policy

  • All InfiHerbal Products are covered by InfiHerbal’s Customer Product Refund Policy. If the Product is found defective.
  • The Product will be only accepted if damaged due to transportation. This Policy does not apply to Products that have been Intentionally Damaged or Mishandled.
  • You are entitled to Return it within 7 days from the Date of Delivery for a Full Refund
  • The Invoice for the Purchase should be available upon the Return of the Products.
  • Products that are opened or used will not be covered under this policy.
  • The refund will be initiated from the day we receive back the product and must pass the quality check process as per the above-mentioned conditions for REFUND.

Cancellation Policy

  • Customers will have the option to cancel their orders through the dashboard when they login into their profile.
  • Orders which are not dispatched from the warehouse will only be covered under the cancellation policy.
  • Orders out for shipment are not covered under this policy.
